Samaira Pawa is a junior at Syosset High School. Since Samaira grew up seeing her Rotary Club Mother and Lion's Club Father, she always tried to help her parents whenever she could, whether it's making flyers, packing goody bags for donations, or volunteering to serve food at charitable events. She felt that XXCoders was the perfect opportunity for her to delve further into the world of coding, while also being able to help other girls explore coding themselves.
"XXCoders was my first coding experience. It taught me introductory coding skills and different programming languages like Python, Javascript, and HTML. The teacher is very nice and understanding. I really enjoy the program and I got along well with my classmates."
"XXCoders is an amazing program that has helped me learn a lot about coding! I always wanted to be a game creator when I grew up but I never knew how to code. XXCoders has helped me a lot it made me find my love for Java and Python!"
"I really enjoyed my time with XXCoders because it was fun and kept my attention after school towards weekly coding activities. Thanks to XXCoders I had an amazing time and will definitely re-register!"
